Dale Perry of Fast Track plays “Silver Eagle” on the new Gold Tone OB-100, recorded live at the Withlacoochee Bluegrass Festival.
The OB-100 is patterned after the classic Gibson RB-100, offering a lighter-weight take on a traditional Mastertone-style banjo while maintaining strong projection and clarity. It features a 3-ply maple rim with a rolled brass tone ring, delivering a focused, punchy sound with less shoulder weight.
Additional features include a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, Gotoh planetary tuners, ZeroGlide nut, one-piece cast flange, and a Presto tailpiece. The tobacco burst finish and dot inlays keep the look clean and rooted in tradition.
