Weâve supported a number of commercial customers to convert their coal-fired manufacturing processes to electric. The latest â a boiler conversion at Mataura Valley Milk in Southland - will eliminate about 22,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions annually and establishes Mataura Valley Milk as the first all-electric dairy factory in New Zealand.
Weâre very proud to be supplying Mataura Valley Milk with energy - itâs an outstanding example of a single customer delivering benefits for an entire community.
