Haven't played qHarb in a long time, so the rotation is not very clean, but evidently it performs pretty decent. I ran full trinkets on Ritualist, which on the one hand covers the needed boon duration to cover gaps in Quickness that may arise from mechanics and on the other hand it also gives more survivability, which is important on Harbinger due to the Blight mechanic. Having said that, in the end unfortunately I miss-timed the last dodge and died only because of that personal fail. Otherwise the added defensive from Ritualist is plenty to withstand the incoming dmg.

On another note, Harbinger is extremely fun to play here. Of course that is very much subjective, but one nice detail is that you can use Shroud 4 evades for some evade frames and to cover necessary movement parts, which feels very satisfying. That is to say, it is extremely fun to play imho. Another nice thing about qHarb is, that most of your dmg is ranged anyways, in particular most skills have 900+ range. DPS Harb loses more dps from ranged because you tick AoE dmg inside Shroud, but on Quickness you don't have that trait, you only pulse Quickness around you, which makes qHarb work decently well for a lot of the purely ranged parts. Furthermore there is decent cleave available with Shroud 2/Pistol and also good burst condi dmg available with potent short-lasting Torment applications. Finally, I played CPC to cover one of the needed projectile blocks for Gluttony, which is nice utility.
