I’ve been using the O2Trainer every day for years. I built it to strengthen the muscles we rely on most but train the least: our breathing muscles. Even when I couldn’t do conditioning or regular workouts because of heart issues last year, I could still do my five minutes with the O2Trainer. That’s how important it’s been to me.
Right before I went in for my heart ablation, I also came across MTE at a biohacking event. I took a double dose, not expecting much, and 20 minutes later, I felt better than I had in months. No jitters, no crash, just clean energy and a clear head. Now I take it with creatine and water every morning. That’s it. Nothing fancy.
Coming back from the heart procedure, I expected to be wiped out. But when I started training again, I didn’t gas out. My stamina was better than I expected. I credit the breathing work — and the consistency.
You don’t need hours. You need five minutes and a reason.
Breathe on.
