Daemon X Machina: Melee Chaining Dreadnought Omega (Solo, NPC)
im not trying to kill this boss optimally, i just want to have fun with it, but for the last Omega boss unlock Dreadnought is the least exciting boss for me to fight. it was like whack a mole that he pops up and i shoot him or just continuously do a charge attack even though im in flight, so i had to change things and use the arsenal that i decided to build but never bothered using for quite some time (with some adjustments later)
this is also probably the one boss i found so far that i can easily manipulate.
- you see his icon spawn from afar = hes gonna do a jump attack
- you see his icon from below = hes gonna spawn below you (i dont recommend forcing it up when it tries to launch missiles underground as it will spawn directly below you and will cause damage)
- he will do that charge attack = just fly above and rest for a while, you dont even need devotion as this rest period is great for using splendor instead. even at times he even gets stuck on one of the rocks.
i dont know why i brought bone box, orbital database says he gives 'super armor' but i have yet to experience it
