With just a simple sprite change, romhackers have made Adventure Island II one of very first Emotional Platformers.
*Power-up by having dad carrying you around on his shoulders
*Different dads for different situations. It's okay to have more than one dad.
*Dad is strong and can crush blocks and swim faster than you can
*Take a hit and dad will protect you so you can go on... but you will lose dad and it will be your fault.
