The basic recipe:
2x8 packages of seitan
28oz. of diced tomatoes
3x15.5oz. cans of whatever beans you want
1 bell pepper
2 stalks of celery
1 cup of corn
1 onion
1 sweet potato
1 small-medium potato
2 big carrots
1/3 cup of corn starch
3 tablespoons of dark chili powder
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
3 bean cans of water
oh and maybe some black pepper but we were out 😭
*optional* a little celery salt
