Postpartum anxiety and depression don’t only affect the person who gave birth. It’s a family experience, and my husband and I know this firsthand.

While non-birthing partners don’t have the same hormonal shifts, they are navigating sleep deprivation, identity shifts, and the immense pressure to "hold it together" for everyone else. This unspoken pressure often leads to suppressed feelings and a refusal to ask for help.
