more lore for my au!
basically, Russia's son (who is also called Russia-) takes over Russia and re-establishes Socialism. There's a long story about him and how he treats his country, but to simplify it, he's a WHOLE LOT better than modern Russia and the USSR. However, other countries don't believe he can be better. The German Federation (modern Germany) knows what it's like to be treated like your family, and steps in to help the younger country :D

The German Federation (long story. he's the same guy as modern-day Germany though. New flag n stuff. again, long story)
