A federal judge has ruled that the lawsuit against the Virginia state trooper will move forward after video shows the trooper pulling a gun on a father rushing his 10-year-old daughter to the ER. The judge rejected the trooper’s attempt to dismiss the case, allowing the family’s federal lawsuit to continue.
