Welp, with Maggots and Helltide not being nerfed in the slightest going into S14, abusing Writhe and Rot will be the fastest way to level from 1-70! Most people should easily be able to do this in 1.5-2 Hours at most with the majority of the time being spent getting your War Plan Levels done.
