Disney celebrated the 30th Anniversary of The Little Mermaid at the 2019 D23 Expo. This was a great show full of entertaining musical numbers and behind the scenes information for the creators of the film. The show was hosted by Disney Legend Jodi Benson. She was joined by Director Ron Clements, Art Director Mike Peraza, and Animators Mark Henn and Ruben Aquino. Pat Carroll and Alan Menken sent in videos to help celebrate the anniversary. Auliʻi Cravalho also joined to talk about The Little Mermaid show coming to ABC in the Fall.
