ToastyGlow | D20 PoL Animation: Jack Back Crack @EmptyFeet | Uploaded October 2020 | Updated October 2024, 16 minutes ago.
Program Used: Clip Studio Paint
Character: Jack Brakkow (Dimension 20's Pirates of Leviathan)
Sound Effects
1: freesound.org/people/biawinter/sounds/408081
2: freesound.org/people/Brotherprovisional/sounds/34784
After the most recent episode of Pirates of Leviathan, I was feeling a lot of sympathy for Jack and his stiff shoulders (and also, you know, all the other issues) so I wanted to animate him having a good stretch! It was gonna be longer but then I thought maybe I'd save some stuff for a uuuhhhh later animation. eue
Pirates of Leviathan is currently only available through dropout.tv, but there are several great stand-alone seasons of Dimension 20 here on YouTube as well! Right now they're finally releasing The Unsleeping City to the public, so if you have a soft spot for cantankerous rats and EXCELLENT urban fantasy, my god, go check it out! I'm not being paid to say this I just really like D20!
Animating in Clip Studio always ends with me adding more than I meant to because it's legitimately so easy to do it all in this program. Again, not being paid to advertise lol
