A Boat Without Water: Weetalibah Crossing (Lightning Ridge Historical Society) Curiosity Mine 2021-06-04 | Lightning Ridge is a town without a river, but this area just to the north floods REGULARLY. I spoke with Barbara Moritz from the Lightning Ridge Historical Society about Weetalibah Crossing, a causeway where a natural flood course intersects the Castlereagh Highway.
