Family holidays don’t get much better than those at the Cyprotel Faliraki Hotel in Rhodes. It’s kitted out with everything you’ll need to keep the whole group entertained during the day. For starters, there are three swimming pools and several water slides in the on-site aqua park, guaranteed to provide endless entertainment for young ones. There's something for everyone at the park, but bigger slides are only for ages six and up. There’s a tennis court, football field and volleyball area if you like to stay active while you’re away, as well as table tennis, archery and darts. Plus, there's a kids’ club with a whole host of activities on offer, including but not limited to mini spa-treatments – because why should the grown-ups get all the pampering?
If you fancy heading for a day at the beach, there's a shuttle bus three times a day during the high season. Otherwise, it's a 10-minute stroll to the shore. Lap up the sun, catch some waves, and make the most of Rhodes life.
The food offering is extensive, too. The terrace restaurant, Lydia, has sweeping views of the surrounding area and serves up a wide variety of local and international dishes for lunch and dinner, along with a generous buffet breakfast featuring a Greek corner in the mornings. You’ll also find a snack bar, a pool bar and a rooftop bar for drinks and light bites throughout the day.
Expect a spacious bedroom with tasteful furnishings, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with either garden or sea views. Heading out? The hotel is well placed, just a 15-minute walk from Faliraki, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There are several beaches within a easy walking distance, as well as a free shuttle bus service running several times a day.
