It's a flashback of Cynder's training with Spyro, her teacher.
Spyro have been training Cynder on how to pinned an enemy down and has started to underestimated this dragoness' abilities. He learned to never underestimate a student. Sometimes they are stronger than you think.
This will take place just before Spyro found out that his scales are lightning proof.
