A pedestrian walked right into my path today while I was cycling, this was a really close one, but in the event of a collision who will be the one to take the blame? How do you rate my reaction? And how about the pedestrian?
Quick reflexes and I managed to avoid him just in time. No one was hurt, and the interaction was actually really respectful. But it made me wonder… in situations like this, who’s really at fault? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Drop a comment below.
