In this cycling video we’re in the historic city of Chester and we’re there to ride the Chester Millennium Greenway from it’s start at Mickle Trafford along around 10 miles of disused railway (which was in use as recently as 1992 all be it for freight only) to Connagh’s Quay - or to be precise Hawarden Swing Bridge. From there we pick up the River Dee on cycle route 568 and follow it for around 7 miles into Chester city centre before meeting the Shropshire Union Canal for a mile or so and rejoining the cycle route in the opposite direction for about 3 miles giving a total of about 25 miles after the slight detour…
