The chords follow the cycle of 4ths (or 5ths) C to F to Bb to Eb.
However the quality is C7sus to F major 7 then Bb7sus to Eb major 7 etc.
This creates a sense of Modal interchange for example from the F major 7 to the Bb7sus4, which can be thought of as F major going to F minor (parallel mode change)
Over these chords lines built on Triad pairs are exclusively featured.
