Throwing knives in cyberpunk 2077. You can pick a perk that unlock this ability. Still this is a little bugy. You can for example throw a knife at Johnny, and sometimes damage from throwing knives don't count.
In order to start the secret ending, you need to wait 4 minutes 46 seconds - the exact same time have last track from official Cyberpunk soundtrack (Never Fade Away (SAMURAI Cover) - feat. Olga Jankowska) so I play it in the background. (everything is in TIMESTAMPS)
