On the fifth episode of 'Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Districts EXPLAINED (under 3 minutes)'. we will visit the so-called "Biggest bedroom of Night City", the Heywood district. It is also the turf for the largest gangs of Night City, The 6th street and the valentinos. Also, Street Kid V was raised here as we could see on the Night City wire Episode 2

Heywood is a neighborhood of contrasts. The northern part that borders City center is modern and well maintained. The further you go to the south and east, things start to look worse and more dangerous.
The architecture becomes more suburban, with low-rise row houses. This is where gangs like the Valentinos and 6th Street run their business.
If you chose the street kid life path, this is where you were raised.
Heywood is often called ‘the biggest bedroom in Night City’. Excluding the fancy north size of the district, the housing here is not that bad. I mean, at least not when you compare it with the low-life quarters in Watson or even worse, the slums in Pacifica.
This district is predominantly occupied by Mexican descents but other ethinic groups also live here.

On the western sector, near the ocean, we have the sub district of Wellsprings. A relatively safe place to live. Most of those buildings were built during the second phase of reconstruction and they range from mid-tier to cheap. The further you get from the city center the smaller and older the buildings get. You also will start to spot more and more Valentino’s graffiti and gang members on the street.
Wellsprings also have an open-air market, where you can find all sorts of seafood.

Going back to the east, The Glen was a place planned to be the new seat of power for the Night City government. The state owned subdistrict is rich, clean and mostly crime free. Reconciliation Park is tidy and pleasant, surrounded by some elegant architecture, behind which stands the new City Hall. Moving to the south, things start to look worse. As we enter this new zone buildings start to look uglier and poorer. This is the turf of the Valentinos gang. The fact that this poor area exists only a few blocks away from City Hall shows how much the municipal government cares about the city.
The last of Heywood districts is Vista del Rey. The poorest part of heywood, and dramatically afflicted with poverty and violence.
Gangs have overrun this place and the streets are definitely less crowded nowadays.
Graffiti on the walls of crumbling buildings indicates that the Valentinos are the true and only power down here. As people say, life here still goes on, but It certainly looks that this part of the city is dying a slow and painful death.
