This video shows how detailed the character graphics in CP2077 are, when V is exposed to plenty of natural lighting. You can clearly see skin pores, scars, moles and even veins under the skin! I can't think of any other game that actually shows veins. That really goes to show, that CDPR put a lot of effort into the character textures.
I highly recommend watching this video in 1440p, even on mobile devices, to easier identify all the details. Enjoy!
