Felt in the mood to try doing another Final Horizons style remix. Spent a little more time on this one than "Enjoy this World" (I spent like 4 hours on Enjoy this World and probably around 6 hours on this one). I'm still actively trying to learn and improve my electronic music production skills so I used the "Wishes in the Wind" remix from the original soundtrack as a reference and also got inspired by "Hi Friend" by Deadmau5. Really happy with how it turned out!

Hey all! I know its been awhile but Im back at it again with another Mario Maker remix! After thinking about it I decided Im committing to remixing a track from Mario Galaxy for every single level theme in Super Mario Maker 2! Thats right, ground, forest, sky, castle, snow, underwater, underground, and airship will all be accounted for! So far Ive gotten ground, castle, and sky done so Id like to have the rest done by this summer (maybe June-ish?).
Honestly, deciding which level to use for the sky theme was really tough. I initially thought about doing Gusty Garden or Cloudy Court galaxy but I wasnt really sure how Id go about remixing them (and I also thought they might be a bit generic, literally EVERYONE loves Gusty Garden Galaxys theme, lol). After looking at the sky theme for Super Mario 3D World in SMM2, the blocky aesthetic reminded me of the Puzzle Plank Galaxy. I popped open FL Studio and started slapping together some guitar strums and they sounded really good, so I stuck with it until the remix was done. If a Galaxy theme were to be added to Mario Maker 2, I could definitely see them using Puzzle Plank to represent the sky theme so I hope I captured the magic of the original song in this remix!
I think out of all the edit mixes Ive done so far this is the best so I really hope you all enjoy it!

Holy moly, its been a while since Ive made a remix for my Super Mario Galaxy Mario Maker project! Nevertheless, heres a nice remix of Buoy Base Galaxy that I feel would fit the underwater theme perfectly!
I actually had an immense amount of fun making this. Out of all the components of a song, percussion has always been something I struggled with a bunch. I feel I did really good job on the drum beat this time around. I also got to put my new Spitfire string samples to use and they ended up sounding great! I hope you all enjoy!

Heres the main lap track for splash canyon! I included an acid bass to highlight the techno inspired roots of Riders soundtrack but also integrated some other elements, like the dubstep wubs and vocal chops, to make the track sound a bit more modern. I also wrote the lead melody with strings (which unintentionally gave the track a bit of Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity energy since those were pretty prominent in that game). Hope I did the song justice!

Hey guys! This is an experimental remix Ive had sitting in my computer for a couple of weeks now so I decided to dust it off and finish it. When Super Mario Maker 2 was announced, people noticed that there were some blank slots in the extra themes portion of the games theme select screen. Ive seen a lot of speculation about what extra themes could be in the game and one idea that I personally love is the thought of a Super Mario Galaxy theme.
I whipped up this remix to show what I think the edit music might sound like for the ground version of this theme. Its based off of Good Egg Galaxy (the first level in Mario Galaxy 1) and I really enjoyed making it. Im probably going to be doing some more galaxy based themes (Im already thinking of doing Gusty Garden Galaxy or Puzzle Plank Galaxy for the sky theme) so I hope youre all excited for that! Anyways, I hope you enjoy the music!

Hey all, typing this description I cant help but feel a bit warm and fuzzy inside. It still absolutely boggles my mind that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is finally done. With the reveal of Kingdom Hearts very own Sora as the final character in the game, I figured Id do something grand to celebrate!
Ive never played through any of the Kingdom Hearts games, but as a huge fan of video game music Ive listened to plenty of tracks from the series. Of all the ones Ive heard, Dearly Beloved is definitely the one that manages to tug at my heartstrings the most. When I saw Soras song list, I was a bit bummed there wasnt a version of Dearly Beloved included (not counting the swing mix from KH Melody of Memories of course). Because of this, I decided it would be fun to compose my own remix of the song instead!
Anyways, I really hope you guys enjoy the music :D
