Our home addition project this week involves cutting the wall open where we will have a door to the addition. We installed Rockwool insulation, worked on electrical outlets, sealed cracks with foam, and other little tidbits of building progress. This addition to our home feels slow in the moment but looking back at the footage is reminding me of how much progress we have made.

We camp and hike in and around the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, we often travel, and we’re also building and enjoying an off- grid cabin in the woods and we love sharing the journey with you!
