note from ryan: "really random this came together. i had found both of these producers separately, wanting to get them lined up for releases. then it turned out they were in the same city in europe (they don't want me to mention where, but it's fairly unexpected), and they were friends, AND they were collaborating. amazing how these things work out, but at the same time, it kind of just makes sense. cutmylips and inodi are both part of this super new producer sound rooted in club, video games, and R&B, i think. the production pristine but nonetheless creative and dynamic. enjoy both of these tracks, two alternate approaches to one sample and original idea."
