New World Aeternum Nighthaven introduced the option to customize your your HUD/UI. This allows you to move elements like your stamina bar and health bar. You can also change the size, width and height of various elements. I believe by placing certain parts closer to your immediate field of vision, you can actually improve your gameplay by learning to manage your stamina and health better.
