Our Turkish customer purchased a Blue Elephant Edge Bander, 6-Sided CNC Drilling Machine, and 2140 CNC Router for cabinet and furniture production. Once the machines arrived at the factory, our after-sales engineer Kevin headed to Turkey to help get everything up and running.
At the customer’s factory, Kevin got straight to work—installing the machines, fine-tuning the settings, testing the processing results, and making sure everything performed as expected. He also provided hands-on training, patiently walking the customer through machine operation and production procedures until they could confidently handle the equipment themselves.
