After I made this video, the folks at LeCow updated me that they actually moved from Etsy to their own Shopify store! You can now find their journals and all of the same customization options at https://lecow.store/
I used their Camel leather for the Midori Wide notebook, Sapphire leather for the reinforced spine, edge stitching color T15, elastic color E13, and I added a large wing pocket to the front cover and a pen loop to the back cover.
