Custom Quick Change Tool Post Nut & Handle / Tailstock Too! - MSFN
Machining Custom Tool Post AND Tailstock Components for my Atlas 12” Lathe to replace the standard “nut” lock down system the lathe came equipped with for my Aloris Tool Post and Atlas tailstock. I also show another version I made for the tailstock later in the video, much simpler than a lever cam-lock design. Made from totally scrap materials at a virtually zero cost and a MUST for your lathe if you are tired of using wrenches! Follow along and upgrade your lathe on the cheap! :)
