I realized I never shared this here.
4 years ago, I got the ridiculous idea to make a “Dan Conner” doll. I saw a “Fred Flintstone” doll in the thrift store, and knew I was gonna try.
I initially thought it’d be a simple thing, and that I’d just make clothes to put over the existing doll…but it looked comically bad, since the Fred doll had a large head and tiny body.
I instead constructed an entire new frame and stuffed and hot glued and painted his hair a more proper “Dan” brown. I also made a TV Guide that can be put on and off in his hand with Velcro.
Anyway, I’m an idiot.
