Custom C Code compiled into a Mario Kart 64 ROM, checks the course ID and sets Mario's Speed accordingly. If it's any track besides mario's raceway, his speed is normal. If the course selected is Mario's Raceway, his speed is obnoxious. Big thanks to Rain for helping me setup the C compiler and finding and setting up the ASM routines to create a hook.
