Curried Couscous Salad Recipe
When I am looking to lose weight, especially after doing the Magic diet program, I am very concerned about putting on the weight back on. So by eating low-fat foods that will fill you up will
help keep your hunger pains under control.
This salad is not only high in nutrition but also high in fiber, something that your body needs to help you manage your weight. The combination of this dish is outstanding and delicious. Also, you can have an extra portion if you wish, for it will be ok, I promise you. Do not worry about the oil for as per portion, there is very little that will keep you worried. Remember that a bit of oil is good for you in the uncooked stage to provide you with that extra energy that you need.
Let me know how yours turned out.
