My pinterest board for Overnight Oatmeal & Salad in a jar: bit.ly/ZBKcqY
Overnight Oatmeal: 1/2 cup of Oats, 1/2 cup Almond Milk, 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt. Add to a 4oz mason jar, top with strawberries, brown sugar (or toppings of your choice) Cover & place in fridge. Ready to eat the next morning!
Salad in a Jar: 4 or 8 oz mason jar w/ lid. Layer by Adding salad dressing first, feta cheese, strawberries, walnuts, green lettuce of your choice. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to eat simply shake, uncover and enjoy! The possibilities are endless for the types of salads that can be made in these jars. See the above links for my Pinterest Board for more recipes.
