During this episode of Current Conversations, we have compiled a list of three speakers we sat down with regarding American minority women. Matika Wilbur is a Native American photographer credited with creating the Project 562 (which captures Native American culture in a positive light and creates accurate depictions of these people). Roksana Alavi is a Dr. at the University of Oklahoma in the College of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS). Shakti Butler has a PhD, is a filmmaker and founded the World Trust, a non-profit social justice organization. Listen as these diverse women share their stories of being a minority in the United States.
