About Andrea Marie Breiling
Andrea Marie Breiling (b. Phoenix, AZ) received her BFA in Studio Art and Gender Studies from UC Irvine in 2008 and her MFA in Studio Art from Claremont Graduate University in 2014. She has had solo exhibitions at Almine Rech, Beijing, London, and Brussels; Broadway Gallery, New York; Night Gallery, Los Angeles; Achenbach Hagemeier, Düsseldorf, DE; Galleri Urbane, Dallas; Sonce Alexander Gallery, Los Angeles; and Peggy Phelps Gallery, Claremont. Her work has been featured in group shows at Rachel Uffner, New York; Collaborations, Copenhagen; Library Street Collective, Detroit; Various Small Fires, Seoul; The Mass, Tokyo; Carl Kostyál Gallery, Stockholm; Blum & Poe, Los Angeles; Achenbach Hagemeier, Berlin; Wilding Cran Gallery, Los Angeles; and Night Gallery, Los Angeles, among others. Breiling’s work belongs in the collections of ICA Institute of Contemporary Art Miami, FL; Deji Art Museum, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, China; and X Museum, Beijing, China. Her work has been written about in several publications, including GQ Style, Whitewall, Artforum, LA Weekly, The Nation, Abstract, Cultured, the Los Angeles Times, and LALA Magazine. Breiling is represented by Night Gallery and Almine Rech. On Nov 30, she opens a solo exhibition, “Ribbons” at Villa Paula (5811 N Miami Ave), presented by Night Gallery. Breiling lives and works in the New York Metropolitan area.
About Alex Witkoff
Among other projects, Mr. Witkoff is currently overseeing the development of One Highline, which features 236 residences and a flagship 120 key Faena New York hotel in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood; the former Diplomat golf club into a private golf club designed by Greg Norman, 100 branded residences, and a boutique hotel; 700 North Miami Avenue, a transit led residential development adjacent to Miami Central Station and Miami World Center; the revitalization of the historic Shore Club in Miami Beach; and The Park Santa Monica, a new neighborhood concept in Downtown Santa Monica.
In addition to his Witkoff role, Mr. Witkoff serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Miami. Mr. Witkoff is also a part of Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, which recognizes intellectually curious and philanthropic young professionals, and is a member of United Way’s Tocqueville Society. Mr. Witkoff is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute and serves on their Advisory Board for Southeast Florida and the Caribbean.

Fairchain enables artists or their galleries to generate digital certificates of title and authenticity, which are encrypted and recorded on the blockchain. When a work is sold or resold, the certificate transfers to the new buyer only after they sign an agreement committing to remit a percentage of the transaction value to the artist who created the work.
