Bailey Wilson '18 cultivates impact as the CEO and founder of Bondi Bowls. After graduating from APU, Bailey lived abroad in Australia before returning to the U.S. in 2020 after her father had a serious health scare. Bailey began making healthy acai bowls for her father and her mother inspired her to buy a food truck and start a business sharing the bowls with the community. Four years later, Bondi Bowls is a thriving business with 15 food trucks and five storefronts across seven states.
