I was having a ton of trouble with this fight, so I decided to look around if other people were also having a hard time. To my surprise, people were saying it was very easy. I then watched a bunch of videos of people fighting this boss and it was the same thing every time. It was considerably slower and less aggressive than I was experiencing (especially in the final phase when only 1 eye remains). This was played on the PC version on Hard difficulty with no mods of any sort. I didn't see anything about this in the patch notes either. Maybe I'm blind, but this was a massive spike in difficulty compared to the rest of the game.
