The Music Machine was renamed the Camden Palace in 1982. In 2004 it reopened as Koko. It first opened in 1900 as the Camden Theatre, then Camden Hippodrome Theatre, and Camden Hippodrome Picture Theatre. Later it was owned by Gaumont and the BBC.
