Back in 2006 I used to imagine such crossover, when I started playing Street Fighter series while still being a huge Happy Tree Friends fan. Mostly I used to imagine the HTF characters, including some fan characters, cosplaying the Street Fighter characters, especially when the first one I used to play was Street Fighter Alpha 3.
