Cucculelli Shaheen presented its Spring/Summer 2026 collection, titled “Collection Twenty-One: Flaming Hearts,” during New York Fashion Week. Set at the Picnic House on Pier 40, the presentation combined handcrafted embellishment with a sense of movement, amplified by a live performance from New York band The Thing.
The collection explored the contrast between delicacy and strength through flowing gowns, translucent silk and chiffon dresses, and more sculptural silhouettes shaped with internal structure and defined lines. Intricate embroidery, metallic threads, beadwork and layered appliqué created a rich tactile surface, allowing each garment to shift between romanticism and a more rebellious, rock-inspired attitude.
The color palette moved through burnished copper, faded indigo, opalescent neutrals, and flashes of red and electric blue, while contrasting textures—sheer fabrics, pleated surfaces, embellished details and leather accents—added depth to the collection.
