A couple months back I managed to try out Cubase 6 and I thought I'd put together an orchestral piece using only plug-ins, mostly the VST instruments found in the new Halion Sonic SE plug-in.

All sounds you hear in this video were created solely by Halion Sonic SE and a couple other EQ and compression plug-ins found within Cubase 6.

I'd say it sounds pretty decent for a VST instrument that is bundled with the Software. However like most Cubase VST instruments, the sounds were still a bit disappointing.

Composed by myself and my buddy Ben, Owen helped out with playing some parts and video taping.
