In this video, released to celebrate International Scrapbook Day, I'm creating a new 12" x 12" layout using the brand new Blue Skies collection from Close to My Heart, and documenting a favorite photo! I created a custom background sun to kick off this page, and from there, did lots and lots of layering to bring it all together. I hope you enjoy!
