Bihhi Hashi – Mulberry Month 2023
This month, Mulberry Hashi – Mulberry Month, the Choctaw Tribal Language Program presents words and sentences related to the Choctaw Mulberry month and we name monthly holidays in Choctaw. We read clips from a couple storybooks and encourage families to download, or pick-up from our office, Choctaw stories for summer reading. We also listen to clips from recent NEH grant Choctaw language interviews and discuss Choctaw naming traditions.
