CTI-Transmute, a new open-source tool developed by CIRCL, addresses this problem by enabling seamless and consistent conversion between the MISP Standard and the STIX language. Leveraging the existing misp-stix library as its back-end, CTI-Transmute acts as a flexible conversion layer designed for real-world operational environments. It allows CTI platforms and tooling that support only one standard to ingest, transform, and export information originating from a different one—without requiring deep modifications or format-specific development.
