"I told you what would happen if I saw your face around here again, witch", spits the flower youkai with vehemence, her gentle smile twisting into a malevolent grin. The magician attempts to mask her terror with sarcasm. Although she's fought, and not to mention beaten this woman before, her mere presence and tone never fails to frighten the young girl. "Not the way to treat an old friend, eh? Just passing by to see if you know where Reimu wen--- uwaahhh!" She yelps as a beam of light shoots past her face, so close it singes the tips of her hair. "Reimu?" The youkai muses. "Ah, the shrine maiden.. yes, the other one who decided it would be a good idea to maim my guard, break into my house, wake me up and attempt to destroy me for a few laughs." Her tone changes from sadistic amusement to pure anger and annoyance. "Yes, her." She scowls at the magician. "Why should I care where she's gone? Even if I did know, wouldn't it be better if I didn't tell you? To watch you squirm in pure frustration and desperation at the thought of your friend being in such danger, and I, I of all people, being the only one who could help you? Yes~ that'd be simply wonderful, hmm?" It's obvious she can see the mixture of fury and fear on the girl's face now, as her mouth settles back into it's classic smirk. "Well..." she turns her back to the magician, "why don't we play a little game, and if you win, maybe I'll push you in the right direction, eh?". The girl perks up, stands a little confused, then her expression contorts into one perfectly mirroring the youkai's own.
"You're on, flower girl."
