In cab footage aboard the "Safety Express", starting at the Jacksonville, Florida Amtrak station, heading west towards Baldwin, and then south to Starke. This video was shot by my dad who was given permission by the railroad to ride along and shoot footage. This train was used an educational tool to promote crossing safety to public school groups by offering a short ride and utilizing displays about crossings and other statistics on board the train.
