just bored and re-rigged something again
Put P230 from archive into custom folder of CS:SO, restart the game
Replaced P250
If u hear missing sounds then need edit game_sounds_manifest in P230 folder
Just add your sound scripts in that one file
Now csso can't (source engine issue) read all game_sounds_manifest from all folders
