Surely everyone has heard of the Deathmatch mode. This time, I'm sharing an improved version of a classic Deathmatch plugin.
This is my improved version of the DeathMatch:SM plugin for SourceMod (original plugin: forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=929190). First, thanks to the original author, altex! The improvements in this version include:
1. Added a Team Battle sub-mode (mimicking team battle modes in games like CSOL). Disabled by default. Use the CVAR sm_ggdm_teambattle_enable to enable/configure it (range: 0-999, where 0 disables it, and 1-999 sets the team kill target). When enabled, the top of the screen displays the current kill counts for CT and T teams. When one team reaches the target kill count, that team wins the round, ending it immediately.
2. Removed hostage entities and disabled bomb planting by Ts to prevent unrelated entities/actions from interfering with deathmatch gameplay and causing premature round endings.
3. Increased rewards for killing real players: $1500 per kill.
4. Increased rewards for killing bots (greater than that for real players) to prevent bots from running out of money for weapon purchases in later stages.
