Today we got the 13th Episode of CS:GO Noob to Pro. In this series everyone, no matter how good or bad can join to get better and improve at Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The main goal is to train my girlfriend to help her through Elo-hell and rank up to LEM. In the 13th episode we find our mistakes that keep us from improving. This includes: (Skip to part below)

Training Routine:
Practice and Improve your time to get to the first contact point to get line of sight on the enemy first. Try some Run-Boosting as well!
Prefire Maps - 10-15 minutes
Recoil Control Map - 10-15 minutes
Fast Aim Reflex (30 deagle kills - then noclip and survive) 10-15 minutes
Dm (preferably FFA DM) 15-30 mins
Surfing and Jumps Map Training
