Here's an UNDOCUMENTED change in Counter-Strikes Fire Sale Update.
The FAMAS and Glock-18 now have new animations when changing between fire modes, this was added after a bug report and conversation I had with valve on the 10th of May showing the old animation from the Limited Test had been broken for months.
Valve responded by re-adding it as a new gameplay feature.
